Perform legal research and prepare summaries of laws, regulations, written instructions of the competent authorities and case precedents.
Draft and review documents, including licensing applications, legal opinions, contracts, transaction documents, assigned parts in due diligence reports, and correspondence with relevant parties.
Liaise, communicate, and work with the competent authorities as assigned;
Support the team leader in working with clients, competent authorities, and/or other third parties (such as notary publics, translation/legalization service providers) on assigned legal matters;
Perform and coordinate with relevant departments to handle paperwork/administrative aspects of the case (such as arranging, filing, and handing over documents, English–Vietnamese translation, preparing materials, and carrying out the company’s internal procedures as assigned);
Perform other professional tasks as assigned by the team leader;
Report work progress and results to the team leader.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) – preference given to graduates from the University of Law (ULAW) and the University of Economics and Law (UEL).
Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft and review documents in both languages.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong legal research skills, with the ability to quickly locate, understand, and summarize relevant legal provisions.
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to take direction well.
Detail-focused, organized, and accurate in handling assigned work.
Able to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines, producing high-quality work even under time constraints.
