After graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2016, Ngan has more than 7 years of experience specializing in legal consulting in many fields of investment, M&A, real estate, business restructuring, corporate governance/compliance, commerce, and litigation.
Since January 2020, Ngan has worked at AN Legal LLP and has participated in consulting and making Legal due diligences, reviewing and assessing legal risks for many real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, Long An, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Ba Ria – Vung Tau and other cities/ provinces, from the project development phases to compensation, land clearance, planning, land conversion, construction, sales and marketing, hand-over, post-handover phases.
Ngan has also been involved in consulting, reviewing, proposing transaction structures, and participating in negotiating and drafting transaction documents for many M&A transactions of real estate projects and other projects, including projects inside and outside the industrial parks.
In addition, Ngan has also built trust with customers in legal consultancy and resolving civil and administrative disputes at Courts and other competent authorities.

– Counsel a South Korean conglomerate in an M&A transaction to acquire development rights for a 12.9-hectare residential and commercial project in Can Tho City.
– Counsel a leading Vietnamese real estate group on the corporate division and separation of a 7.5-hectare mixed-use project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area for a Singaporean investor.
– Counsel a leading investment management firm in Vietnam on the acquisition of an industrial park (over 55 hectares) and an urban area (over 103 hectares) in Tay Ninh.
– Counsel on multiple real estate M&A transactions, including a 56-hectare residential area and a 7.9-hectare eco-urban area in Dong Nai; and a 55-hectare residential area and a 17.5-hectare eco-urban area in Long An.
– Counsel a Vietnam-based investment management company on acquiring commercial floors in a mixed-use complex in Ho Chi Minh City, including advice on common property and individual property issues.
– Counsel a leading Vietnamese food conglomerate on the acquisition of a bao production factory in Ho Chi Minh City.
– Counsel and support a leading Vietnamese renewable energy company in transferring wind and hydroelectric power projects to a Singaporean investor.
– Counsel and assist a Japanese FDI company in the retail fashion sector, resulting in the successful opening of 12 retail stores across Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Binh Duong.
