Thu graduated from Ho Chi Minh University of Law in 2017 and decided to pursue postgraduate program in Australia. During the study process, Thu was recognized as a high-achieving student and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society which is one of the world’s premier academic honour community.

After completing her Master’s Degree, Thu was determined to join AN Legal to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience in legal professions. With 04 years in AN Legal, Thu has accumulated expertise and hands-on experience in various fields such as FDI investment, real estate transactions (including M&A, buying and selling apartments in commercial housing projects), and FDI engaging in commodity trading activities in Vietnam (such as wholesale, retail, e-commerce).

•  Performing the legal due diligence for one of the largest private education institutions in Vietnam regarding the acquisition of a preschool in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Providing legal counsel and preparing transaction documents for foreigners to selling and purchasing apartments in Vietnam.
• Advising a leading Vietnamese internet and IT corporation on shareholding restructuring for IPO in Vietnam.
